Our History
2012
The School of Information Technology originated from the Faculty of Engineering, established on 4 January 2012 (Decision No. 82/QD.TTU.12) to deliver Computer Science programmes. The title “School of Information Technology” became official on 1 June 2023 under Decision No. 70/QD-TTU.23.

Founded in 2012, the School of Information Technology provides education and conducts research in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology at Tan Tao University.
Faculty Team
According to the 2024 Computer Science program self-assessment report, SIT had six full-time lecturers and all held doctoral degrees. They contribute to teaching, research and student supervision.
